I want to test a new player in my team before buying him, how?


HO! offers a great feature: you can test a new player in your team before actually buying him! And it's simple - if you found a nice player on the market and want to see how your team ratings will change with him, do the following:

1.) go to his player page in Hattrick
2.) press Ctrl+A to select everything on the page
3.) press Ctrl+C to copy this into the system clipboard
4.) open the TransferScout in HO!, e.g. by pressing the F7 key
5.) paste the copied data into the lower textarea there and press Apply
You should now see the players name, age and skills here in the dialog:

You can now press add and the player is tomporarly in your team. You can test his rating impact on the lineup page.
For the skill parsing functionality it's necessary to use the same language in Hattrick and HattrickOrganizer.

If you want to "predict" the rating impact of one of your players after he got some training (or better form/stamina), you can use the Skilltester. Go to the Squad page (F1), select a player in the upper part and click on Skilltester in the lower part:

Adjust the skills as desired. Click on the Add player button to get a temporary player with this skills in your team. This player won't have any subskills.
